Tim Schuette serves as the General Manager for Paychex Deutschland GmbH since August 2020, overseeing payroll services and software for the German market. Tim is also a Senator at Senat der Wirtschaft Deutschland and a member of the Board of Advisors for Ason - Payroll Intelligence. Prior roles include Chief Sales Officer at Compart AG, VP Pro Audio Solution Sales EMEA and VP Global Sales Systems Integration at Sennheiser, Sales Director CEE at LifeSize Communications, and various positions at Microsoft and Oracle. Tim's educational background includes a degree in Social Work from Hochschule Bielefeld and training as a Business Coach from IHK Akademie Westerham.
