Wilmer Ventura, FPC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business consulting and development. Currently serving as a Strategic Business Consultant at Paychex since June 2023, Wilmer specializes in optimizing HR operations and enhancing compliance for businesses. As President of The House of Success since May 2022, Wilmer focuses on acquiring new clients and providing services such as bookkeeping and business coaching.
