Andrew Kareklas

Andrew Kareklas is an experienced professional with a strong background in Agile project management and client services. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Paycom since July 2021, Andrew implements Agile best practices and manages sprint events while supporting multiple software development teams. Prior to this, Andrew held various roles at ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services, including Implementation Team Manager, where responsibilities included managing client relationships, resolving operational discrepancies, and facilitating new client onboarding. Andrew's experience also includes technical support at Devon Energy and customer service at OGE Energy Corp, demonstrating a consistent track record of enhancing team performance and client satisfaction. Andrew holds a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Austin College.
