Lisa Decristofaro

Lisa DeCristofaro is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the Regional Manager for AE Learning & Development at Paycom, a position held since December 2012. In this role, Lisa has successfully developed a new outside sales training program and manager training initiatives to enhance retention and onboarding for new hires and leaders. Previous positions at Paycom include Regional Director of Channel Sales, where revenue grew to $14 million in six months, and Chicago Regional Sales Manager, managing a high-performing sales team. Lisa's accolades include multiple Presidents Club awards and recognition as Central Region Sales Manager of the Year from 2019 to 2021, as well as National Sales Manager of the Year in 2021. Prior to Paycom, Lisa held roles at Mercy Home for Boys & Girls, ServiceSource, and the American Cancer Society, demonstrating a commitment to sales excellence and community service. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism & Mass Communication with a focus on Advertising from the University of Colorado Boulder.
