Anastasiya Kucharonak

Anastasiya Kucharonak has a diversified work experience in the field of Quality Assurance. Anastasiya started their career at iTechArt Group in May 2011 as a QA Engineer. During their time at iTechArt, they tested various platforms including Android, iOS, and Web. Anastasiya also analyzed and updated requirements, communicated with business analysts, developers, and customers. Anastasiya spent 1.5 years working with TimeDoctor and supervised newcomers on the project, performing work verification and providing feedback. Anastasiya also had experience in planning and prioritizing tasks for their team and herself. Additionally, they created daily and weekly reports for their team and herself. Anastasiya had some exposure to load testing as well.

In December 2014, Anastasiya joined IG as a QA Engineer. In this role, they tested software and systems to ensure high-quality performance. In December 2015, they were promoted to the position of Senior QA Engineer, where they continued to excel in their responsibilities until August 2017.

Since October 2017, Anastasiya has been working at Payconiq as a QA Engineer and Scrum Master. The duration of this role is ongoing.

Anastasiya Kucharonak earned a Master's degree in economist-information engineering from Belarus State Economic University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. In December 2015, they became an ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) through ICAgile. In April 2017, they achieved the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation level from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. Anastasiya obtained their Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in September 2019. Most recently, in March 2021, they completed the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching Fundamentals course offered by ORSC Online Platform Netherlands (OOPN).
