Bill Neese

Bill Neese has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and management. Bill is currently the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Paycor, where they oversee full-cycle candidate experience. Prior to Paycor, they served as the Vice President of Talent Management at Systems Evolution, Inc., and the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Total Quality Logistics. Before that, they held the position of Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Kendle International/INC Research. Bill also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Convergys and as a Human Resources Business Partner at L'Oréal. In their various roles, Bill has developed expertise in recruiting, sourcing, forecasting, and talent attraction.

Bill Neese has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Shawnee State University. Bill also holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources from the University of Cincinnati. In addition, they have certifications in Analytics from Harvard University and Organizational Design from Cornell University.
