Brian Schlereth

Brian Schlereth has a comprehensive work experience in sales and management roles. Brian started their career as a Management Trainee at Enterprise in 2001 and progressed to become an Assistant Branch Rental Manager. During their time there, they increased the branch's operating profit and grew its rental fleet. In 2004, Brian transitioned to Enterprise Fleet Management as a Sales Executive, where they expanded the company's presence in the St. Louis metropolitan area and built strategic relationships with decision-makers. In 2014, they joined Paychex Inc. as a Human Capital Management and PEO Consultant, advising clients on HR infrastructure and compliance. Brian then joined Paycor in 2015 as a Market Sales Executive and subsequently held roles as a Senior Major Market Sales Executive and a Principal Market Sales Executive. Brian recently got promoted to the Regional Sales Director position and achieved notable sales achievements, including qualifying for the President Club and Mid-Year Club. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated strong sales skills, relationship-building abilities, and strategic thinking.

Brian Schlereth has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Communications from Rockhurst University. Brian also attended Christian Brothers College High School.
