Shawn Brock

Shawn Brock has a diverse work experience that spans over 15 years. Shawn started their career in 2005 at Cincinnati Insurance Companies, where they held the role of Group Manager - SAP Claims & Business Intelligence. In this role, they managed the claims and business intelligence teams and was involved in various projects such as designing and developing commercial surety programs and supporting custom actuarial systems.

In 2011, Shawn joined Paycor as a Sr. Director of Product Development. Over the next nine years, they played a crucial role in driving the development and execution of Paycor's client-facing products, including Payroll, Tax, Time, and HR systems. Shawn was responsible for overseeing software engineering, leading operations efficiency, personnel development, national compliance, cross-platform migrations, acquisition and integration of vertical companies, cloud migration, DevOps strategy, and QA automation strategy.

In April 2020, Shawn was promoted to Vice President Of Product Development at Paycor, where they continued to excel in their responsibilities, ensuring the successful development and execution of Paycor's product portfolio.
