Nick Travkin

Nick Travkin has worked as a Support Specialist at PAYDO FINANCIAL LTD. since September 2017. Prior to that, they worked at WebMoney from January 2015 to September 2017 as a Specialist in financial support. In this role, they handled user requests through incoming calls, emails, online chat, and Skype. Nick analyzed received appeals, identified problems, and searched for possible solutions. Nick also provided support to users from the time of their initial contact until their issues were resolved, and collaborated with partners and other departments within the company to address user concerns.

Nick Travkin obtained a Master's degree in Finance Management from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from the years 2004 to 2010.
