Arathy Ravi Kumar has a diverse work experience in Quality Assurance. In 2021, they began working as a Quality Assurance Engineer for Payfare Inc. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a QA Automation Analyst for RBC, where they implemented a Keyword driven testing framework in Robot Framework, integrated Gherkin to the regression test suite, and executed test suites on a daily basis on Jenkins. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a Quality Analyst for Speridian Technologies, where they had a deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall software development methodology, worked with Selenium WebDriver, designed and executed Test Plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports, and was responsible for UAT for multiple clients.

Arathy Ravi Kumar completed an Ontario College Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Fanshawe College between 2017 and 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Careers for Women Thiruvananthapuram between 2009 and 2013.
