Avinash Sukhwani

Avinash Sukhwani has a diverse professional background. In 2013, they held a summer internship at Standard Chartered Bank. In 2015, they held a summer internship at Innovia Technology and co-founded Woodlark, where they were responsible for all operations. In 2016, they joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consultant, and was promoted to Senior Associate and Associate. In 2019, they co-founded and became COO of Franksmile at Rocket Internet SE. In 2021, they joined LANAI Partners as an Investor. Most recently, in 2020, they co-founded Payflow, where they are working to provide real social benefits to employees with modest salaries.

Avinash Sukhwani has a comprehensive educational background. Avinash began their studies at Runnymede College from 1997 to 2012. Avinash then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Master of Arts (MA) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge from 2012 to 2015. During their time at Cambridge, they participated in a 1-year exchange program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2013-2014 and a 1-semester exchange program at Harvard University in 2013. Avinash completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Advanced Chemical Engineering at Imperial College London in 2015-2016. In 2021, Avinash was accepted into Y Combinator's S21 program as a co-founder of Payflow. Avinash has also earned several certifications, including a GMAT score in the 99th percentile, an Advanced Open Water Diver certification from PADI, and awards from Endeavor, CaixaBank, and Nova Talent.
