Eric Bartolotto

Eric Bartolotto has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Eric is currently working as the Director of Member Services at PayForward since July 2022. Prior to this, they owned and managed 2B Green Farms, where they focused on technology solutions to increase sales and crop production. Eric also worked as the Director of Reimbursement at MED-EL, overseeing a department of 20+ staff and coordinating contracting with state Medicaid programs and Medicare. Before that, Eric served as the Director of Customer and Insurance Services at Advanced Bionics, where they managed a 50-person contact center and handled Medicare contracts and Medicaid contacts. Eric also worked as the Sr Manager of Customer Service at the same company, leading a team of 20 professionals and implementing new e-commerce solutions. Eric's past experiences also include roles at QIAGEN as a Global Project Manager and Manager of Customer Care, at Besttechsolutions.com as an Owner and Consultant, at Life.com as the Director of Customer Service/Tech Support, and at Earthlink as the Manager of Tech Support.

Eric Bartolotto attended the University of St.Gallen from 2006 to 2007, where they completed a 12-month Executive Leadership Program. During this program, they focused on the field of study in Leadership & Management.
