Gary Boyle

Gary brings over 30 years of utility, technology, governance, and general legal and business experience to his role. At PNM Resources (Albuquerque NM, Fort Worth, TX), Gary represented integrated New Mexico electric and gas utilities, a Texas electric utility, an affiliated retail electric provider, and a power generation company in state and federal regulatory proceedings and litigation in state and federal court. Gary is a member of the Bar in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
