Debbie Brannan

Debbie Brannan has over 35 years of work experience. Debbie began their career in 1986 as an ITS Systems Manager at Cabarrus County North Carolina. Debbie held this role until 2005, when they were promoted to Area Manager of Innovation and CIO. In 2021, they began working at PayIt as a Senior Client Success Manager.

Debbie Brannan received their Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte between 1980 and 1984. Debbie has also received a Certificate in Public Executive Leadership Academy from the UNC School of Government in 2019, a Certificate in County Administration from the UNC School of Government in 2008, a Certificate from the UNC School of Government CIO in 2006, a Certificate ITIL from EXIN International in 2006, and a Certificate in Effective Management from the UNC School of Government in 1994.
