Steve Grossman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Steve began their career in the US Navy, serving as a Submarine Officer for over a decade. Following their military service, they joined Amazon in 2011, where they worked in the Sports & Outdoors department of Amazon Retail. In 2014, they transitioned to McKinsey & Company, where they served as an Engagement Manager until 2017. Steve then returned to Amazon as a Senior Product Manager, focusing on Prime Pricing and Benefits, followed by a role as Principal Product Manager, overseeing the integration of Whole Foods. In 2019, Steve joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the Billing Operations GM for Private Pricing, leading a team responsible for transforming B2B contracts into operational processes. Steve then took on the role of Senior Finance Manager for AWS Worldwide Commercial Sales, where they led the FP&A team and implemented a new mechanism for planning and budgeting. Most recently, Steve worked at Flyhomes, first as a Senior Director of Growth & Strategy, and then as the VP of Flyhomes Mortgage. Steve is currently serving as the SVP of Finance at PayJoy, starting in 2022.
Steve Grossman has a diverse education history. Steve obtained an MBA, being recognized as an Arjay Miller Scholar, from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business between 2012 and 2014.
