Jessica Woodie has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Jessica began their career as a Waitress at Good Stuff Restaurants in 2008, and then moved on to become a Sales Associate at Shirt Tales Retail. In 2012, they became an English Teacher at Canterbury English. In 2014, they began working at Domestic Violence Solutions as a Peer Counselor/Volunteer at Crisis Shelter, while also taking on the role of Account Executive and Sales Development Representative Lead at AppFolio Inc. In 2016, they joined PayJunction as a Business Development Manager and Business Development Representative.

Jessica Woodie began their educational journey at Mira Costa High School, where they graduated in 2010. Jessica then attended UC Santa Barbara and earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2014. During their time at UC Santa Barbara, they also studied Psychology at Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2012 to 2013.
