Emily Lantz has a diverse work experience, starting at BMW Group Financial Services in various roles from HR and Operations Leadership, to Training and eLearning Manager, and ultimately becoming the Head of Customer Relations and Services. Emily then moved to Klarna, where they served as the Service Director for North America. Currently, Emily is the Director of Client Success at Payliance.
Emily Lantz obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism from Ohio University in the years 1996 to 2000.
