Andrea Coon

Andrea Coon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and compliance within the payroll and HR industries. Currently serving as Director of Client Services and Director of Client Engagement at Paylocity since March 2022, Andrea previously held various leadership roles at Paychex from December 2000 to March 2022, including Sr. Manager of Enterprise Implementation and Sr. Manager of Retirement Services, where strategic oversight of large-scale client transitions and a team of 150 employees were key responsibilities. Andrea began a career in compliance at Paychex, managing relationships with taxing authorities and leading compliance analysts. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the State University of New York at Oswego.
