Jennifer Graves, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Client Engagement at Paylocity, beginning in November 2023. Prior to this, Jennifer held the position of Director of People and Culture at Valet Living from December 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included enhancing the strategic impact of HR initiatives across multiple states while partnering with operations, sales, and leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Jennifer’s extensive experience at ADP from 2007 to 2020 encompassed various roles, including Client Relations Executive/Director, where management of a team of HR business partners in Florida focused on consultative human capital solutions and client retention. Jennifer also contributed as a Client Account Executive for Vantage HCM and as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, overseeing HR deliverables for numerous clients. Earlier roles included Human Resource Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement and Human Resources Assistant at Granite Services. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of South Florida.
