Jimin Bhuptani is a seasoned professional in product management with extensive experience across multiple industries, including technology and finance. Currently serving as Director of Product Management at Paylocity since August 2021, Jimin previously held the position of Senior Director of Product Management at Dun & Bradstreet, where notable achievements include leading a significant transformation of the Enterprise Risk Assessment Manager product and achieving consistent sales growth. Jimin has also held various leadership roles at Scholastic, LexisNexis, and Keyspan Energy, demonstrating expertise in product strategy, digital services development, and operational management. Jimin holds an MBA in General Management from NYU Stern School of Business, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and Rutgers University, respectively.
