Joshua Sims

Joshua Sims is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the payroll and human capital management industry. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Sales for Southern California at Paylocity since August 2021, Joshua has previously held multiple leadership roles at ADP between June 2003 and July 2021, including Vice President of Sales and Major Account Sales Executive. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University, Long Beach, earned between 2001 and 2003.
