Sagithya N is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product operations and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Operations Manager at Paylocity since October 2024, Sagithya previously held the same title at Airbase from April 2021 to December 2024, where responsibilities included leading strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional collaboration among over 25 Product Managers and 8 teams. Furthermore, Sagithya was instrumental in building the Product Operations team from the ground up at Airbase.
