Ignacio Esteban Carballo

Ignacio Esteban Carballo is currently the Head of Alternative Finance at Payments and Commerce Market Intelligence. He also holds positions as a Professor at various universities in Argentina and Uruguay, teaching courses on economics, finance, and digital banking. Ignacio has a strong background in microfinance, financial inclusion, and fintech, with a focus on Latin America. Additionally, he is involved in research on topics such as financial inclusion and digital finance at various academic institutions. He holds a PhD in Social Sciences and has completed master's degrees in Microfinance and Economic History.
