Lindy Milne has an extensive work history with experience in various managerial roles. Lindy currently serves as a Managing Director at both OK Group and DecisionOK, starting in October and November 2022, respectively. Lindy also worked as a Managing Director at PayOK from February 2022, where they were involved in developing strategies and processes to combat fraud, as well as a General Manager, responsible for creating a welcoming work environment and attracting top talent. Prior to this, Lindy worked as a Schools Engagement Manager at Compass Education from 2021, collaborating with schools in NSW to implement technology solutions. Lindy also held the position of NSW Branch Manager at advancedlife from 2016 to 2020, where they oversaw operations and achieved growth through process improvements. Earlier in their career, Lindy served as a General Manager at HealthOne - Multi-dimensional healthcare solutions, with P&L responsibility and contract negotiation, and as an NSW Sales Manager at PMP Limited. Lindy started their career at Toppan Printing Co. (Australia) Pty Ltd as a Production Coordinator, Sales Manager, and later Sales Director.

Lindy Milne pursued their education over several years, starting with their enrollment at TAFE NSW in 2004. During their time at TAFE NSW, Lindy Milne earned a Certificate IV in Accounting. After a gap of almost two decades, Lindy Milne continued their education at UNSW from 1983 to 1985. While attending UNSW, they did not acquire a specific degree or field of study. Lastly, Lindy Milne concluded their educational journey at the Australian Institute of Business from 2015 to 2018, where they successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA).
