Orjana Gjonçaj has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Orjana currently holds the position of Head of Product Owners | Digital Acceptance at PAYONE since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Computop - the payment people from May 2018 to March 2022. Orjana also served as an IT Operations Manager at PayLink SH.A Albania from June 2014 to April 2018. Before that, they worked as a Team Leader and Project Manager .Net at ikubINFO from May 2011 to June 2014. Orjana's earlier experience includes positions such as Team Leader and Software Engineer .Net at InfoSoft Systems sh.a. from November 2009 to May 2011 and Senior .Net Developer and Team Leader in the Enterprise Business Division/Software Application sector at the same company from November 2004 to November 2009. Orjana began their career as a Software Developer, specializing in Windows software development using Visual Basic 6.0 and later Visual Studio .Net (C#, VB.), at InfoSoft Systems sh.a. starting in March 2001 until November 2004.

Orjana Gjonçaj attended the University of Tirana from 1997 to 2002, where they studied Computer Science.
