John Anisere

John Anisere has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the technology industry. In 2015, they started as a Graduate Intern at Oremnet Technologies. John then worked as a Medical Physics Intern at University College Hospital, Ibadan in 2014. From 2017 to 2018, John served as a Full Stack Developer at mybukka.com, where they led the development and adoption of React and React Native for web and mobile applications. In 2018, they joined Busha as a Frontend Engineer. In 2019, John became a Co-Founder and CTO of Payourse (YC W22), where they worked until the present. John also worked as a Technical Lead at Decagon from 2019 to 2020, mentoring developers and building software to meet stakeholders' requirements. In 2020, they joined Varuna Tech Inc as a Software Engineer. John's most recent position was as a Senior Software Engineer at INTERSECTION VENTURES from 2020 to 2021.

John Anisere completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics with Electronics at Osun State University. John then pursued further education at Udacity, where they obtained a Machine Learning Engineer Nanodegree. In addition to their formal education, John also obtained certifications in Machine Learning and Deep Learning from Udacity and Udemy, respectively.
