Ashu Saxena is an accomplished finance leader with extensive experience in the payments industry, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Finance for the Merchant Business Unit at PayPal since 2005. In this role, Ashu partners with global leaders across various key products and brands, managing financial planning and analysis teams in over ten countries while focusing on revenue growth, margin optimization, and strategic finance initiatives. Previous positions at PayPal include Senior Director for Core Platform and Payments FP&A and Director of Payments FP&A, showcasing expertise in building scalable financial operations for transaction processing and partnerships. Before joining PayPal, Ashu held finance roles at eBay Inc., Honda Cars India Ltd., and Daewoo Motors, complemented by an MBA in Finance from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology.
