James Foskin brings extensive experience in customer success and operational leadership, predominantly within PayPal since September 2003, where roles have included Director of Customer Success for EMEA & APAC Partnerships and Merchant Services. Foskin has also held key positions such as Head of Merchant Operations across various regions and a Senior Manager role focusing on North America Customer Solutions. Prior to PayPal, Foskin worked at Marconi PLC and Gateway, gaining experience in frontline support and technical support. Academically, Foskin holds an Advanced Diploma in Life, Executive and Leadership Coaching from Kingstown College.
