Jamil Soriano

Jamil Soriano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in competitive intelligence, business strategy, and equity research. Currently serving as the Director of Competitive Intelligence at PayPal since June 2024, Jamil previously held the position of Senior Manager in both Business Strategy and Analytics at the San Francisco 49ers and Corporate Development at Elevate from July 2022 to June 2024. With a decade-long tenure at Ariel Investments from 2012 to 2022, Jamil progressed from Analyst to Vice President in Equity Research, focusing on sectors such as consumer products and sports media. Additional experience includes serving as an Advisory Board Member at Applied Real Intelligence LLC and as an Associate in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse.
