Melanie Chin, M.S. has extensive experience in professional services learning and enablement, currently serving as Senior Manager at PayPal since April 2002. Throughout the tenure at PayPal, roles have included Senior Manager for Organizational Development & Enablement, Training/Development Program Manager, Senior Product Launch Manager, and Senior Training Analyst. Prior to PayPal, Melanie worked as a Trainer at Oriental Trading Company, focusing on customer service training for call center employees. Melanie holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design & Development with a specialization in Curriculum and Instruction from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communications in Broadcasting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
