Thomas Carroll is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in driving innovation and enhancing user experiences across various platforms. Currently serving as a Senior Director of Global Design at PayPal since November 2018, Thomas expanded the design team significantly and transformed onboarding processes for the Merchant Platform. Previous roles include Director of Design at Intuit, where Thomas managed design for Payroll and Payments, and Head of Product Design at Move.com, contributing to a $1B acquisition. Thomas has consistently demonstrated expertise in omni-channel design, team growth, and user-centric design across a diverse career spanning over two decades, complemented by a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Indiana State University.
