Vincent Houck

Vincent Houck is an experienced professional in credit risk management, currently serving as Director of Credit Risk Oversight at PayPal since November 2019. In this role, Vincent is responsible for the financial risk oversight of the global credit lending portfolio, including the establishment of the Credit Risk Management Framework, compliance with regulatory requirements, and oversight of underwriting processes. Previously, Vincent held senior leadership positions at TD, managing risk for a $9 billion US credit card portfolio, and worked at Barclays Bank in various analytical and risk management roles. Vincent's early career included positions at MBNA and Bank of America, focusing on credit analysis and operations. Vincent holds a BS in Psychology with a minor in Biology from the University of Delaware.
