Andrii Dligach's work experience starts in 1995 when they worked as a Marketing Director at CDV Apple Computer IMC / CDV Distribution until 1999. In 1995, they also became the Owner of Advanter Group. In 2002, they became a Director at FCI from January to August and an Associate Professor at Kyiv National University from September onwards. In 2007, they became a Visiting Professor at IMI Kyiv until 2018. In 2018, they started working as a Professor at Kyiv School of Economics. In 2019, they became the Co-Founder and CMO/CVO of Payris. In 2020, they joined Investudio and became a Partner. Andrii also became a Partner at Gaapodari in December 2020. Lastly, in March 2020, they became a Co-Founder of the Center for Economic Recovery.
Andrii Dligach obtained a PhD in Applied Mathematics with a specialization in Industrial Marketing from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'. Andrii completed this degree program from 1989 to 1997. In 1995, Andrii began their second PhD program, also at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute', this time in Economics. Andrii completed this second PhD program in 1999.
During the year 1999, Andrii briefly attended The University of Alabama in Huntsville, where they studied Economics and IT, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree from this institution. In 2005, they attended Menedżerska Akademia Nauk Stosowanych w Warszawie, focusing on Foreign Economics, although it is not specified whether they earned a degree from this institution.
