Lisa Poole, CPP, CWT, currently serves as VP, Payroll Tax Manager at Truist since January 2020, with previous roles including HR Technology Delivery and HR Operations - Payroll at SunTrust Banks, Inc. Lisa has extensive experience in payroll management and compliance, having worked at notable companies such as Simmons Bedding Company and Acuity Specialty Products. As a founder of the Metro Atlanta Payroll Association and a member of the American Payroll Association's National Speaker's Bureau, Lisa actively contributes to payroll education within the community. Additionally, Lisa volunteers as a R.E.A.D. Instructor with InterMountain Therapy Animals and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from WSU Carson College of Business, complemented by a certificate in Landscaping and Groundskeeping from Kennesaw State University.
