Victoria Indyushkina

Victoria Indyushkina has worked in the talent acquisition field since 2012. In 2015, they joined Spice IT Recruitment as a Recruitment Team Lead, where they were responsible for account management and full recruitment cycle with focus on Digital, Mobile & Web Development, Analytics, and Sales. In 2018, they moved to STC as the Head of Talent Acquisition, where they managed recruiting pipeline and provided operational and methodological support for a team of two recruiters, in addition to market mapping and industry analysis. In 2021, they began working as a Talent Acquisition Manager for Payrow, Grapherex, Stacle, and BETFATE, where they were responsible for recruiting and managing talent.

Victoria Indyushkina completed their Specialist degree in Psychology from the Russian State Social University in 2012. Victoria began their studies in 2007.
