Lucas de Rijk

Lucas de Rijk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data analytics and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Data Solutions at Paysafe since August 2021, Lucas leads a team focused on strategic analytics, developing data-driven strategies for consumer products, and managing key analytic projects. Prior to this role, Lucas was the Head of Customer Insights at Paysafe, overseeing a diverse team and implementing data science solutions to drive business insights. Lucas also held the position of Data Team Lead at Shpock App, where the focus was on building a robust data platform and influencing decision-making through analytics. Earlier career experiences include a Business Analyst role at G-Research and a Customer Analyst Graduate position at Tesco, complemented by a foundational career in sales and technical positions at Arnolds Motorcycles.
