Jody Amdal

Jody Amdal has extensive experience in compensation, market pricing, and benchmarking services, currently serving as the Manager of Benchmarking Services at PayScale since September 2014. In this role, Jody utilizes proprietary data to ensure accurate benchmarking for clients, while overseeing a well-trained team. Previous positions at PayScale include Lead, Senior, and Benchmarking Specialist roles, all focused on market pricing and pay equity. Prior to PayScale, Jody worked as an Analyst at LexisNexis, conducting expert witness research and training new employees. Jody's career began at Diligenz, Inc. and Corporation Service Company as a Team Lead and Customer Service Associate, along with earlier roles in stage management and counseling. Jody pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts and Education at Everett Community College from 1994 to 1996.
