Nathan H. is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in various leadership and analytical roles within the field. Currently serving as the Lead Information Security Manager at Payscale since August 2022, Nathan oversees a team and leads significant projects, including the implementation of Vulnerability Management systems. Prior experience includes positions as a Cyber Security Advisor at Springboard, Team Lead for Information Security at NuScale Power, and Senior Information Security Specialist for the Oregon Secretary of State, where Nathan managed critical election security initiatives. With a foundational background in information systems, Nathan holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Western Oregon University.
