Nathan Kotecki

Nathan Kotecki, MPM, is an experienced professional in customer onboarding and research administration. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Onboarding at Payscale since June 2018, Nathan effectively leads a team to enhance customer adoption of Payscale products through strategic project planning and collaboration across departments. Before this role, Nathan held various positions at the RAND Corporation, including Adjunct Contracts and Grants and Contracts Administrator III, where responsibilities included proposal preparation, client negotiations, and post-award administration. Nathan's career also includes extensive experience at Carnegie Mellon University, overseeing research administration activities and ensuring compliance with funding regulations. Nathan holds a Master's degree in Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Managerial Economics from Allegheny College.
