Vladimir Frolenkov

Vladimir Frolenkov has been serving as a Crypto Outreach Coordinator and influence hunter lead at Paysenger.com since February 2022. Previously, from January 2007 to January 2008, Vladimir worked as a lawyer at the Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia in the Northwestern Federal District. Vladimir completed education at Saint Petersburg State University of Water Communications between September 2002 and June 2007.
