Suzan Elsayed

Suzan Elsayed has been in the operations and customer service industry since 2015. In 2015, they began working for ECCO Gulf WLL as a Customer Service Associate and Customer Service Representative. In 2017, they joined fetchr as a Back Office Employee and Customer Service Executive. From 2019 to 2021, Suzan worked for HungerStation | هنكرستيشن as a Dispatcher, where they were the focal point between customers, riders, and restaurants, and monitored the riders' location and movement. Since 2021, they have held the roles of Senior Operations Specialist at UVA EGYPT, Operations Specialist at VOOOM, and Senior Operations Supervisor at PaySky.

Suzan Elsayed attended Ain Shams University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Education.
