Ben Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ben started their career in 1991 as a Team Leader at the Northumberland YMCA, where they worked until 2000. In 2003, they joined Makin' Headlines, focusing on research and development, before moving on to become a Steering Committee member at Emerging Leaders, a non-profit organization focused on talent development.
In 2006, Ben joined MH Safety Inc. as a Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations professional, where they executed e-training programs for various companies. Concurrently, they also worked as an Instructor for Marketing Strategies at Fanshawe College in 2009.

Ben Jackson has a diverse education history. Ben attended Fanshawe College from 2000 to 2002, where they studied Marketing and obtained a degree in that field. Following that, they pursued Corporate Communications and Public Relations at Fanshawe College from 2002 to 2003, earning another degree in Public Relations/Image Management.
In terms of additional certifications, Ben obtained a certification in Results-Centred Leadership from The Achievement Centre in December 2015.
