Ingela Klar

Ingela Klar has a strong background in business analysis and testing, currently serving as a Business Analyst and Tester at Paytrim AB since January 2021. Previously, Ingela worked at H&M from 2008 to 2020, where significant contributions were made as a Business Analyst in the Product Information Management (PIM) project, as well as serving multiple roles as Test Lead and Scrum Master across different teams. Responsibilities included technical requirements management, process development, and team leadership in testing strategy and implementation of Scrum methodologies. Ingela is proficient in using tools such as InRiver, Jira, and Kanban, and earned a degree from Luleå University of Technology between 1999 and 2004.
