Farhan began their career at SourceLink as an Account Coordinator from 1996 to 1999. Farhan was responsible for improving telemarketing campaign success and driving revenue growth, which led to promotions. Farhan achieved a high reply rate for Fortune 500 clients' direct mail marketing campaigns and created successful strategic marketing proposals that increased company profitability.
Farhan Jadavji began their education in 1994 at Salem University, where they studied Genetics until 1996. Farhan then attended The University of Georgia in 1996-1997, focusing on Molecular Biology. In addition to their formal education, Farhan obtained several certifications in February 2020 from Pragmatic Institute, including Build, Focus, PMC Level III, Pragmatic Certified Product Manager (2020), and Pragmatic Management Certified (PMC-III).
