Roee Rakovsky

Roee Rakovsky has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Roee has held various roles in different companies, starting in 2007 as a System Integrator and Support Engineer at Computer Guard Technologies. In 2009, they became a Tier 3 Support Engineer at Bgate Software Solutions, where they were responsible for managing support for over 50 customers. In 2010, they joined SunGard Financial Systems as a Professional Services Engineer, where they led technical projects for local and worldwide banks and corporations. In 2014, they moved to Time To Know as a DevOps Engineer, where they managed the AWS Cloud and developed Bash scripts. In 2015, they became a Senior DevOps Engineer at BlazeMeter, where they worked closely with the CTO and had experience with multiple cloud providers. In 2018, they joined Next Insurance as a DevOps/DevSecOps Tech Lead and Senior DevOps. Roee is currently the Head Of DevOps at PayZen, a position they have held since 2022.

Roee Rakovsky obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from Clark University between 2007 and 2010. In 2013, they obtained a Swift On-Boarding certification from SWIFT. In 2016, they obtained an Advanced Architecting on Amazon Web Services certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
