Katie Stevens

Katie Stevens is an experienced professional with a diverse background in content management, customer service, and operational coordination. Currently serving as a Content Manager at Payzer since September 2019, Katie also held the position of Activation Specialist. Prior to Payzer, Katie worked at Russell's Heating & Cooling from June 2014 to September 2019, where roles included Customer Service Manager and Dispatch Supervisor, focusing on scheduling, dispatching, and addressing customer inquiries.
