Emily Bergeron

Emily Bergeron is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and maintenance management within the energy sector. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Maintenance Manager at PBF Energy since August 2019, Emily has previously held significant roles at Phillips 66, including Interim Maintenance and Reliability Manager and Heavy Metals Superintendent, from July 2015 to July 2019. Earlier career experiences also include positions at Phillips 66 and ConocoPhillips, where notable roles included Reliability Superintendent and Operations Business Team Leader.
