Doug Dubois

Doug DuBois began their work experience in 1991 as a Project Manager at Popowski Brothers Inc. Doug then joined the Baptist Convention of Maryland/Delaware in 1996 as a Youth Evangelism Missionary before taking on the role of Director at Skycroft Conference Center in the same year. In 2016, they became the Director of Engagement/Evangelism at the Baptist Convention of Maryland and held this position until 2018. Currently, Doug is employed as the Director of Operations at PBI, starting in 2018.

Doug DuBois attended Cornell University from 2013 to 2015, where they studied Organizational Leadership, Business, and Management. Doug did not obtain a degree during this time. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from different institutions, including LinkedIn, Xactware, and Udemy, in areas such as construction industry safety, coaching and developing employees, business development, construction management, construction estimating, project management, and technology.
