Joe Jones

Joe Jones has extensive experience in plant management and operations, currently serving as the Plant Manager at PBI-Gordon Corporation since November 2021. Prior positions include Plant Manager at the Jayhawk Plant and various managerial roles at Dyno Nobel from May 2014 to November 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing PETN/Cast Booster and Dynamite production, as well as leading Lean/Six Sigma processes. Joe's career also encompasses process improvement management at Thorco Industries LLC and coaching in the Modine Production System at Modine Manufacturing Company, where notable achievements include significant reductions in delivery PPM. Earlier experience includes leadership at Camoplast Solideal. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Supervision and Workforce Development from Pittsburg State University and an Associate of Science from Crowder College.
