Sarah Freed

Sarah Freed currently serves as the Test Administration & Assessment Coordinator at the Personnel Board of Jefferson County, where responsibilities include designing test administrations and candidate assessments for various local government roles and managing logistics for large-scale assessments. Prior to this role, Sarah worked for the Jefferson County Commission for nearly ten years in similar positions, focusing on test administration and development of performance assessment tools. Educationally, Sarah holds a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Alabama. Previous experiences include roles as a Graduate Assistant and Adjunct Instructor, as well as an IT Resource Planning Intern at the Tennessee Valley Authority and a Game Advisor at GameStop.
